Return Policy:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

• Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned.

• Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn with all its packaging intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

• Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Anything purchased at a discounted price of 25% off or more is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

• Original shipping is non-refundable. is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in mail.

• Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

• Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.

Exchange Policy:

Fizz and Gold does not offer exchange at this time. You must initiate a new purchase order.

1. Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RETURN FORM.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.

• Ground Shipping: $5.00 return cost.

• If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
